Always helpful and efficient

I have used the credit union since it started in Glasgow. I have found it to be very helpful and supportive. Staff are always great and the online service helps so much. Very professional and efficient. Reviewed on: 4th July 2020

Helpful

Easy to talk to, I had to cut my payments down temporarily due to sickness, I could not have been treated with greater understanding and help I was overwhelmed with the respect I was afforded at a difficult time. Reviewed on: 4th July 2020

Great service

Every time I have used nhs credit union, I have been met with a friendly, helpful and knowledgable person at the end of the telephone. I use them every time I need a loan and they have always went above and beyond to help me and advise me about my finances. Excellent service. Reviewed on: 1st July 2020

Amazing

Started off my credit union with savings then my car broke down when a had no money or savings and i applied for a loan the support team were very helpful on the phone and i got accepted within a week and had my money in my account it was great i didnt have a good credit rating at the time aswell so was very good would reccomend to anyone to use credit union Reviewed on: 1st July 2020

Excellent, Easy service

Excellent, Easy service for nhs staff who work unsocial hours and at times struggle to get to banks etc. Car needed fixed, applied with nhs credit union for £500 loan which was quick and easy to do all from my work on my mobile phone. Recieved money into my bank and paid off in affordabke installments, straight from my wages while saving at the same time for Christmas. Reviewed on: 1st July 2020

Very quick and easy to access.
