Most tasks can be done Online

Although I can do most tasks online, it's good that if you do go into the branch, the staff are friendly and helpful. Rates are good for a local building society. Reviewed on: 27th March 2025

Excellent Customer Service

A few months ago money had to be returned from NBS to Santander, but Santander claimed they had not received it. NBS's customer service was excellent in sorting out the problem (Santander's fault) and providing reassurance. Reviewed on: 28th March 2025
