Positive. Good range of savings products, reasonable returns and an excellent website which is intuitive and with well presented and organised information. I opened a savings account 3 years ago and have been so pleased with every aspect of my experience. THe website is easy to navigate, the rates have been good, and if you do need to speak to someone, it has always been friendly and helpful. And finally for me the most important point is I really like that my money is being used to support entrepreneurs grow their businesses at this very hard time. Reviewed on: 6th March 2026

Highly satisfied with Oaknorth and recommend.

We have had 3 fixed rate ISA's between my husband and I with Oaknorth.We have also had other ISA's, however Oaknorth has been the easiest to set up, view and withdraw from with decent interest rates.Have recommended to others and will continue to do so. Reviewed on: 6th March 2026
