An excellent banking service

OakNorth’s exceptional service.

OakNorth’s. Customer service is excellent. I receive emails promptly when they need to inform me of changes or new accounts which will benefit me. Renewal of Cash ISA

I have just renewed another 1 Year Cash ISA as the first one matured with Oaknorth. A very straightforward process and I was kept informed every step of the way. I chose Oak North bank as it is often recommended on the Martin Lewis website for being a good deal. I have had an Oak North account for approx. 3 years, during that time, communication has been great and the interest that I have received has always been on par with the highest rates available.
