Good variety of savings accounts to suit different needs and a decent interest rate. The app works really well, user friendly and when I had to reach for the customer service it has been straightforward and fast responses. Queries resolved promptly. So far, I am pleased with OakNorth. I would like to see which kind of business the bank is financing and supporting. Reviewed on: 5th March 2026

OakNorth have an extremely easy & user friendly website, their customer service is excellent and having banked with them for many years I have never had any issues. Moving funds and/or opening accounts is very straightforward and rates are competitive. Reviewed on: 5th March 2026

I have been with OakNorth for over 3 years now. Throughout, they have offered consistently fair (good) saving rates and a reliable, simple to use, easy on the eye mobile application.
