I love the simple logon on the app making it easy to spot without glasses on, I love the total savings displayed on the home screen, I love the competitive savings rates and the app features that you can personalise. My online experience

My online experience has been straightforward, with everything clearly explained. Regular updates keep me informed on my savings, and most importantly, my savings have grown at the advertised rate. Happy fixed-term savings customer

I've used OakNorth for fixed-term savings accounts for coming up on ten years now. Initially attracted by the best-of-market rates I've stayed because of the loyalty rates remaining competitive and the smoothness of doing business with them. The web presence has always been outstanding: very simple, does only what it needs to do. I've contacted them a couple of times over the years with queries and immediately had great replies from real humans that have solved the problem. I recommend them at every opportunity.
