I love the simple logon on the app making it easy to spot without glasses on, I love the total savings displayed on the home screen, I love the competitive savings rates and the app features that you can personalise. Happy fixed-term savings customer

I've used OakNorth for fixed-term savings accounts for coming up on ten years now. Initially attracted by the best-of-market rates I've stayed because of the loyalty rates remaining competitive and the smoothness of doing business with them. The web presence has always been outstanding: very simple, does only what it needs to do. I've contacted them a couple of times over the years with queries and immediately had great replies from real humans that have solved the problem. I recommend them at every opportunity.
