I chose OakNorth when looking to transfer my cash ISA when it was coming up to maturity with my current provider. Their interest rate for 2Years was very good. The process to transfer was very straightforward, all done online.I haven't had any issues to contact them with, but they seems very approachable, and they are easy to contact if I ever needed it. With online saving its the website thats most important and Oaknorths is very good. It's easy to access with a fingerprint and is clear and easy to understand. I have had a positive experience with OakNorth Bank. The savings rates are competitive, and the account opening process was fast and straightforward.
