Great customer service. A very rare find these days!

We have invested with Oaknorth fir quite a few years now and have always been super impressed with their customer service and easiness to communicate with.. always easily contactable and we once had a huge issue transferring money from a major High Street building society to Oaknorth. The funds were lost in the ether somewhere. The high st bank were totally disinterested but oaknorth knew how worried we were and took accountability for recovering the funds , which they did.. oaknorth are our 'go to ' company for our savings .
