With online saving its the website thats most important and Oaknorths is very good. It's easy to access with a fingerprint and is clear and easy to understand. I have had a positive experience with OakNorth Bank. The savings rates are competitive, and the account opening process was fast and straightforward. Communication is clear, and when I had a question, I received a prompt and informed response rather than a scripted reply.
