Oak North keep me informed of changes to interest rates and plenty of notice before maturity of Bonds, explaining what options are open to me on maturity.. If I have any queries they promptly answered. I always feel like a valued customer. I am delighted that I found them when I searching for a savings bank some years ago & Ihave been with them since, increasing the number of bonds I have with them. Reviewed on: 17th March 2023

Fair & easy to use
