On Stride were advised that I was being treated for breast cancer and unable to work for over a year. I was on ESA (incapacity benefit) of £76 a week. They accepted a token payment of £1 a month however, they refused to halt interest. As a result, I now owe £1,300 more than when I first became ill. I have five other creditors who all froze my interest, On Stride are the ONLY company who would not do this. So borrower beware!!! Reviewed on: 2nd August 2017
