I always find they provide a simple and personable service, easy to get in touch with, and their portal makes things so easy to view,...     Appalling service from start to finish

    I had to make a claim on my car insurance and staff at One Call Insurance were incompetent. I had sent images of the damage... I had to make a claim on my car insurance and staff at One Call Insurance were incompetent. I had sent images of the damage as requested by them and they constantly messaged and emailed me asking me to send them. Then they asked for my V5 which I duly sent and once again I was bombarded with texts. They also said I was not entitled to a courtesy car, even though my policy stated that I was as a premium customer. The number of calls and repeated requests for information that was already given to them at the very start was irritating and stressful.
