One call were very clear with me on what instructions to follow and with what I was to do. They explained in depth when they were collecting my car. They collected it from the correct location and time they told me they would. They also gave me a reliable courtesy car which was very handy for myself getting me back and forward to work. I made the right decision to keep my policy for another year with them because I’ve had zero issues or concerns with the company. Was very easy to set up the initial policy. I’ve not had to contact them since luckily but feel they would be supportive it needed

I had no prior emails saying any problems or needing more information. I have had my daughter our in her car also and was very concerned when I received email. Doing the live chat and tried to put my feeling over how I was scared about the policy. Never have I been asked before about sharing licence details.
