Great customer service

Car insurance is an essential which we purchase every year hoping we will never have to use it. Unfortunately we did need to make a claim this year after a RTA, and the customer service we received from One Call Insurance was fantastic. Everything was made so easy, the consultant guided us though the claims process and made us feel valued as customers. We will definitely continue to insure our vehicle though One Call.
