Loyalty is key

I’ve been with one call for a few years now and the process is simple and clear. Also, the renewal price on both occasions has been slightly lower than the previous year which is a massive positive and has ensures my loyalty where other insurers seem to try and rip off existing customers and offer better rates to attract new customers. I just had good customer service from WP1.

I just had good customer service from WP1. I've been a happy customer of One Call for a number of years and the renewal prices were always good so never moved away every year like in the past. I recently bought a new van and thought it would just be a case of changing it over and maybe paying a little extra. This was not the case, the difference was massive so sadly I had to go elsewhere. After being with them for years when I had to contact them it was frustrating as had to use an online chat, one time was 30th in the queue and another time got cut off. It wastes more of your time than a phone call. I think it might be worth changing the name 'One Call' as you can no longer just ring them. Reviewed on: 10th September 2025
