Beware of this company

At a roundabout and hit by another vehicle which left at speed no details ( uninsured or stolen ) thought I would do the right thing informed police and one call insurance but informed I would sort the damage myself to save my ncb. Day after calls and emails about fixing my vehicle ? I rang and explained but passed over again where he expla He would sort it even asked was my vehicle still in compound waiting for repair ? Cars never left me wanted more personal info said sorted. Today recieved e mail stating file closed but due to my claim I loose my ncb and counts for five years. NO MEANS of speaking to someone no emails just a chat box so I’ve written a letter recorded to the ceo In 45 years of business I’ve never dealt with such an incompetent company STAY WELL CLEARE Reviewed on: 15th January 2024
