Rubbish customer relations

Absolute joke of a firm virtually impossible to get holdover,when I got put through to the wrong person very unhelpful and indeed put the phone down over 2 hours trying to cancel a policy definitely not recommended Reviewed on: 1st November 2023

Dumb Idiots

What a useless bunch of aresholes ! can never get through to the right department, let alone speak to anyone thats human ! You pay your for your insurance and cant speak to anyone about your policy, cant even get it online ! and then to top that off, they cancel your policy without telling you !!! Fast and reasonable

Trolling through all the caravan insurance companies and what they have to offer is something I dread each year as prices and extras all mount up to a week’s pension and then a bit more so was Delighted to see that this company was offering the same deal as my last insurance company but a good deal less money to pay , which for me is the difference between filling up my car with fuel or just putting enough in it to get me from a to b thank you My Insurance for your help and service Reviewed on: 16th October 2023
