When cancelling a policy you pay in advance with 5 m... When cancelling a policy you pay in advance with 5 months left you are told with the cancel fee there no no refund.. Reviewed on: 24th July 2025

Lock you in the hit you with small print technicalities.

Onecall. They are a nightmare to communicate with. Will lie to you regarding your policy and details if you do actually get to speak to a representative,(good luck with that). But as soon as you are “off line”, they throw a technicality’term’s and conditions’ in an email to which you can not reply. I wanted to raise a complaint. They sent me an email four days later telling me that they would not uphold my complaint of which THEY had assumed was my complaint. It was not my actual complaint !. Now I have gone to the Ombudsman for assistance. Look at the reviews please. They sponsor to get onto Moneysaving.com which is why they are at the top of the list. One Call will quote you low then hit your policy with terms and conditions with extortionate costs for amendments and administrative procedures. I never write reviews or comment on services but for Onecall, I was overwhelmed by morales to educate people for the need to seriously avoid. Reviewed on: 29th August 2023

Easy and cheap

I first heard of one call insurance after seeing them appear the cheapest on a price comparison site and three years running they still been the cheapest about and also the customer service is great and auto renewal for my policy didn’t have to do anything so would highly recommend one call insurance Reviewed on: 29th August 2023

No hassle van insurance
