Prompt and Friendly Service

I took out a new insurance policy, but had made an error with the date. I used the LiveChat facility and immediately l got through to Tabitha (TS4) with no wait. She was friendly and sorted the issue out for me immediately. She also made sure to check there was nothing else she could help me with. Reviewed on: 27th August 2025
