Great service

My car wouldn't start circa May 2018, battery trouble, helpdesk were super fast in answering my call and the recovery van chap was really helpful and sorted out the car in super quick time. Great and Fast Service

I have insured my cars with One Call Insurance and found that they have been very competitive. I originally had my car insured with the UK's leading broker and they emailed me and I was informed that they could no longer cover my insurance. I went to One Call Insurance and they insured me for 30% less with more favourable terms. Since then I have insured with them. By the way I really like the Customer Portal. Quick, effective and satisfying customer service

We have two of our vehicles insured with One call because of the competitive pricing and fantastic customer service experience we have had. Particularly, with assistance in accessing our insurance papers online through our customer portal. The lady was very helpful, and provided clear guidance/instructions through the live chat function to solve the issue quickly and successfully. My sons car too, will be insured with One Call because we have never had any issues as staff provide effective customer care and the website is easy to navigate, and most of all the insurance cover provided represents value for money.
