It is impossible to contact this company as there are no phone numbers unless you are making a claim, no email address and the live Chat doesn not work (I've been trying for days) they don't even reply on their Facebook page so to see they advertise themselves as finalist in Best Overall Insurance Broker makes me wonder who nominated them. Got insurance with one call found out that I had pay as.you drive which I did not know about.when I tried to cancel on live chat 2 day after I took out the insurance they were very rude and told me to get off the.chat line. Tried to get on to the customer portal but I dont.think it exists and no phone.number to speak to anyone beware of this company I have be.trying from the 6th of.October to cancel my.policy which i took out on the 4 th of October now I have taken advice Reviewed on: 19th October 2023

Scam with high renewal prices

Scam with High renewal prices to get you to "negotiate" a better deal I am surprised to see people giving 5 stars for a service that is designed to fool people into paying an expensive renewal. My renewal came last week and was almost double in price. I tried to cancel auto renewal but there is no way to do that unless you chat to an agent. I work long hours to had to stop in the middle of a work day to join this chat, which had a waiting time of over 30 min. I then said I wanted to cancel my renewal and immediately was given a price that was almost 200 pounds below the one they had emailed me.about. I didn't even say I wanted to discuss prices. The system is made in a way that is difficult and time consuming for people to cancel their renewal and I am positive that a lot of people end up taking the high price renewal because they don't have the time or patience to go through all the hidden links to start the chat with an operator. Why didn't you give me the low price to begin with? Then they asked me if I had had a lower quote and by which company. That's none of your business if your quotes are then going to depend on that too. Give people a fair price and stop trying to fool people into taking an expensive renewal. I am surprised by how many people have fallen in this basic strategy and then came here to give 5 star reviews because they had lowered their renewal!
