One Call? More like 1000 Calls!

Takes forever to get anything sorted as your claim gets passed over to other brokers who need all the information relayed again and more paperwork. The name ‘One Call’ is ludicrous for the amount of calls we have had to make. Reviewed on: 15th October 2023
