One of the best car insurance I’ve used. Great customer service they even let you know every month when you direct debit is due. Easy to contact by telephone but I’ve used the web chat as I had to change something you can even upload scanned documents on the chat so things can be sorted there and then. The service that I've had has been pretty good, I have no complaints. The only thing I believe would make them better is if you could actually call and speak to someone, as the live chat can be alittle long winded and abit awkward to get what you actually need across to whoever you are speaking to.
