Excellent Chat experience

Adam B handled my request to reverse an Annual charge to monthly direct debit. This was done without any fuss and the direct debit set up immediately. I also upgraded my breakdown cover to be included in the direct debit. Quite complex but completed effectively and efficiently. Well done Adam B and One Call. Reviewed on: 4th October 2023

Appalling customer service.

One Call in name only. In practice, two weeks after an impact with a wild animal, we are no further forward with arranging a repair on my wife's car. They appear to be refusing to pay the labour rate quoted by the local VAG approved body shop. They have done nothing to actively enable the repair. Use at your own risk. Reviewed on: 3rd October 2023

Despite never hearing of One Call I checked the Trustpilot reviews when they came up as a cheaper options for my car insurance renewal. The process to change insurers was easy & they are very competitive without feeling like they provide a 'cheaper service'. No issues so far. Reviewed on: 3rd October 2023
