Just simply a great service from start to end

One Choice - One Call

I have chosen One Call Insurance for my motor insurance again simply because they’re the fairest and most helpful insurance company I have dealt with for many years. In the current climate of over charging for so many services it’s reassuring to find a company that isn’t jumping on the bandwagon and blaming Covid, Ukraine, cost of living or any other excuse to impose unreasonable increases just because they can. This is also the first company whose live chat isn’t a hassle, they’re extremely helpful, knowledgeable and efficient whilst being friendly and not hurrying you off the line. Changed car

I swapped to one call because it was so much cheaper, I then got a new car and had to swap again but found this very easy they cancelled my old insurance and started again with the new car all very simple very polite customer service. Reviewed on: 27th September 2023

Fantastic support and advice!

When attempting to insure a second, mostly stationary car, One Call advised me of the special insurance available for such cases, with a tracker in the car... enabled a very low insurance premium. Reviewed on: 27th September 2023

Great when you dont do much mileage!

This cover was so much cheaper that others, because i only pay for the amount of miles i travel, and a low charge to cover the rest of the year 2hen the car is just standing around. Obviously wouldn’t suit everyone, but i am so glad i found this product, wish i had found it years ago! And if indecide to do a road trip, i will still be quids in! Reviewed on: 27th September 2023
