Not happy with one call, no direct number and having to wait on live chat to report a claim took an hour only to be told I had to ring a number, I rang the number and was told you have got to go through live chat, stressful is an understatement, I won't renew Reviewed on: 27th September 2023

Straightforward insurance

I recently joined this insurance company and have been impressed with their clear language as insurance policies can sometimes be difficult to understand. Also the price is very competitive. I would recommend this company. Reviewed on: 27th September 2023

Poor Experience

No contact number. For example: you make a typo when setting up your quote via comparison website and only realise afterwards. With a normal broker, you ring up and amend your policy. OneCall however, hide behind their live chat feature for which they charge, so you have no chance of ringing them to explain. And then they hike your policy premium when they amend your policy anyway. Overall: not recommended. Reviewed on: 27th September 2023

Excellent service

I have been with one call for a least 5years. I have had excellent communication & experiences with the company. Breakdown policy was first class. No hassle easy, so not stressful in any way

Everything was done online, it was pretty straight forward, i wasn`t like i was trying to write a novel, just simple stress free, not multiple question, that were the same like some firms, plus even with the online, you feel you have a personal touch as well, as you get emails asking if your ok, payment is due, its the first Insurance company in away, make you feel special, but online. its weird but great, if you understand what i am trying to say Reviewed on: 27th September 2023

Straight Forward and Great Value
