Utterly dreadful. Eight-Call Insurance so far and no progress

Avoid at all costs. Garden wall came down in the night and OneCall took 30 minutes to find the policy on the phone, put me through to Arkel, who took another 45 minutes to do the same. 24 hours later they came back saying actually its a third and fourth company, Davies Management Solutions that I need to talk to. You take out insurance in the hopes that you'll get help when you need it. This entire operation is a shell inside a shell inside a shell of another company of a shell. Don't waste your time, stick with a reputable company who won't make you fight to deliver the basics of the policy. Reviewed on: 14th September 2023
