Fantastic and Affordable

I’ve driven for four years, this is my second year with One Call, I’ve never stayed with one insurer, till now. Customer service is fabulous, really friendly and helpful, normally want to tear my hair out whilst speaking with insurers over the phone, but I actually felt relaxed throughout and afterwards. £360 cancellation fee!!!!

I insured my car with One Call, the annual premium was £470. After 5 months I sold my car and cancelled the policy. They charged me a cancellation fee of £360 and paid me absolutely nothing back. What a rip-off. Reviewed on: 14th September 2023

I recently contacted the retentions team to amend my vehicle on the policy. The agent that I spoke to went above and beyond for me and even applied a discount.
