Excellent insurers, even when my battery died they were helpful and patient alleviating any worries I had about policy cancellation. We have a spare car but no driveway so this policy was cheap and allows us to retain the car. Overall excellent. Only negative was trying to contact them via phone was like most companies a real pain. Reviewed on: 13th September 2023

they make it hard to cancel

i was waiting for 4 hours on hold trying to cancel the automatic renewal price that was really high, i lost hours from my work, so annoying! Reviewed on: 13th September 2023
