One the occasions I have contacted them with regard to either of the policies I hold with them, response times have been remarkably short, and the staff both polite and efficient. Pay per mile

Excellent insurers, even when my battery died they were helpful and patient alleviating any worries I had about policy cancellation. We have a spare car but no driveway so this policy was cheap and allows us to retain the car. Overall excellent.
