I have been with One Call for a number of years now and they are always easy to work with and they are the best value for money at present! Offering optional extras within their quotes! I had a breakdown recently and it was dealt with very professionally although there was some delay which could be improved! Reviewed on: 13th September 2023

Car insurance

As new customer only just took out a new policy. Had a phone call from one the advisor saying they could save me even more on my policy .but he called me at a busy time so l asked if he could be sent the details by email.Days pass with no contact then to phone back my self to be told there was no discount. Was a bit of a disappointment. So l wanting to cancel my policy then to be told there will be a fee plus another payment before l could cancel. Never heard the likes this happening with any other insurance company. I certainly won't be renewing my policy with this company.
