I have been with One Call for a number of years now and they are always easy to work with and they are the best value for money at present! Offering optional extras within their quotes! As new customer only just took out a new policy. Had a phone call from one the advisor saying they could save me even more on my policy .but he called me at a busy time so l asked if he could be sent the details by email.Days pass with no contact then to phone back my self to be told there was no discount. Was a bit of a disappointment. So l wanting to cancel my policy then to be told there will be a fee plus another payment before l could cancel. Never heard the likes this happening with any other insurance company. I certainly won't be renewing my policy with this company. I advice anyone thinking of taken out a policy with company to look elsewhere . Reviewed on: 13th September 2023
