Beat my last insurers quote with added value.

Was loyal with my last insurer yet it continued to rise year after year and I never made any claims on it! Decided enough was enough and OneCall beat everyone hands down for price and value. I’m going to sign up my partners car next renewal for multi car value. Reviewed on: 31st August 2023

No Mess-No Fuss

Had to deal with customer service twice so far and the staff managed to sort my problem out without hiccup though it was via chatbox. The time to chat wasn't too bad, but all the upselling wasn't appreciated, I was only changing my address and the 5 mins upselling meant someone was waiting unnecessarily....which means i was waiting 5 mins unnecessarily before i got through Reviewed on: 31st August 2023

Excellent Company

I first found out about the company around 40 years ago and they gave an excellent service then. I only left them briefly due to the under 25 ruling and I had 2 daughters in that category, but as soon as I was able I returned to them only to fund they still gave excellent service and hadn't changed a bit.
