Quick and Easy

Still the cheapest provider for me after renewal so I didn't have to hop providers for a better deal or try and haggle them. Made a change to the cover and this was possible quickly via web chat rather than sitting on hold on the phone. Would recommend. Reviewed on: 31st August 2023

Always On Call

Excellent service and value

I bought a new car and looked around for insurance. The quote was very good. There were some complications and One call were absolutely spot on in the help they gave to get me insured at the original quote price. Reviewed on: 31st August 2023

Excellent service when required

Put a claim in for a non fault accident. One Call took all the details and dealt with everything from start to finish, without any problems, including sorting car damage assessment, hire car, scrapping (eventually) and paying out the claim promptly.
