When I had to make a claim the customer service department had everything in place and it was a smooth process to get my car fixed at a very professional company who kept me informed all the way through. No fuss car insurance

What you want from an insurance company is no fuss when you call to sort out an issue, whether it be as simple as a windscreen issue or a little more complicated like an accident. One Call is all you need to sort, you supply them with all the details and they do all the sorting, no fuss. Haven't changed for several years now due to price (which is competitive and most of the time cheaper than the year before) and the fact they deal with everything. Reviewed on: 31st August 2023
