NO-NONSENSE.

Absolutely terrific service, hassle free online insurance, all I have to do is sit back and everything is done for Me when time for renewal. Probably one of the cheapest around also. One call above and beyond

When changing to my new recently bought BMW car ,I found the experience of the switch very quick and helpfull by the One Call team. It was dealt with very fast and made the transition very helpful. I would recommend any person to use this insurance company. I have been with them a number of years now and the help I have had is unbelievable. Generally good service

I’ve had mostly good service with this company. Amazing throughout covid! Only negatives are when I moved home last yr and my premium went up I wanted to know why as I’d moved to safer area, the guy on the chat was a bit rude. Other time was when I claimed on my insurance and was trying to get it sorted. I was on the phone for over an hr to get it sorted and was then told to call back again tomorrow as everyone was off to the Christmas party. Again rude and not very good customer service. But apart from those times I cannot fault one call insurance. Reviewed on: 31st August 2023

Confidence and peace of mind

I have been with one call insurance for a number of years and very early on as a customer i was shunted on the M69 requiring a hire car, this too was hit whilst parked outside my property with no one inside, my vehicle was written off and the hire care required some serious repairs as that was hit by a drunk driver at speed skidding in the snow mounting the kerb and skidding over a lawned area off road, this was a very trying time for me but one call staff were superb in dealing with 2 no blame accidents and looked after me and treated me excellently, i am loyal to companies that go above and beyond, One Call insurance did this and i still insure with them, quality service from a reputable company who earned my continued loyalty and still very reasonably priced and no loss of no claims, so this is my reason for my review.
