No customer service

Very difficult to speak to anyone. Just use a portal which doesn’t always work. Try and get through but it’s just a chat online not actual speaking to anyone. Reviewed on: 31st August 2023

Brilliant service

I have breakdown cover with one called insurance. Unfortunately, I broke down on the M3., I had my dogs with me and the service that I received was totally and unutterly above 5 stars.
