Good service and quick service

My car broke down in a carpark so I had to call for assistance. Contacted One call insurance spoke to a very nice and helpful lady who took my details and explained clearly how the recovery of my car and how long it would take to get to me.I received up todate txt mesages of the recovery and it took less than predicted.
