I recently made a claim with One Call Insurance after an accident and was thoroughly impressed. They quickly arranged a replacement car, which I received within a day, allowing me to carry on with my routine without disruption. Their handling of the repairs was equally efficient. They coordinated everything with the garage, keeping me updated throughout the process. The repairs were completed to a high standard, and my car was returned in excellent condition. Change of details for car insurance

It is impossible to submit multiple changes for different starting dates following a car purchase (private reg included), therefore a chat with an adviser is necessary. I feel a call would be quicker. Still the charges are outrageous. Reviewed on: 9th October 2024
