Portal issue

Portal issue - I had a problem using the portal but the agent Kirstin Kb2 honoured the portal admin charge rather than the webchat one which was good. Although it looked like there was a lot in the queue it went quite quickly. Thanks Kirstin Reviewed on: 25th September 2024
