Easy peasy

I have had this policy for a couple of years now. Everything from the original opening of the account through to the renewal this year went without a hitch. The best part is I don’t get inundated with junk mail every week like some insurance companies out there. Reviewed on: 9th October 2021

the worst!

I was in a car crash 3 months ago, the fault of the other driver. One call consistently would leave myself on hold for 2 hours at a time, and it has genuinely taken 3 months to finally organise the fixing of my car. They spoke derogatorily, without empathy and were rediculously unhelpful. I wouldn't wish their service on another and I will never insure with them again! Reviewed on: 9th October 2021
