Very Professional Service

I was very pleased with renewing my car insurance with One Call. The person who dealt with my call was very professional, very knowledgeable, very helpful and she had a very pleasant manner. For us people with disabilities it is so much nicer to be able to talk on the phone rather than struggle with the computer stuff where things can go wrong!
