Totally incompetent car insurance broker

Very quick to accuse me of lying on the policy renewal and attempt to charge me additional £100+. I had to prove from old emails it was a non fault accident and it was in fact the accident was with them and never updated their records, definitely not using them again. Reviewed on: 8th July 2026
