Just what I needed.

Trying to get on the phone almost impossible, customer portal not working properly.

Have to use online since phoning if you don't want a quote or claim it is impossible to contact them. Their website keeps saying use 'customer portal' they have no number. Sometimes you need to talk to them. I have two policies with them when I go to customer portal only one policy is shown. Log out and back in only the second policy shown. Can never see both policies listed at the same time when logged in. Seems to be random which policy they show. Reviewed on: 4th September 2023

Very good when I had a problem

I have found One Call Insurance to be very good and have renewed with them for a second year. The main reason was that when my car broke down at 1.30am in the morning, they arranged a recovery service that arrived within 40 minutes. The problem was resolved and I was back on my way within half an hour. Reviewed on: 4th September 2023

A helping hand with a potential accident claim

One Call came to my aid when an older driver who I assisted in guiding her out of the car bay next to mine , promptly smashed my rear light and scratched my car. The driver drove off despite of appeals from witnesses to leave her details. One Choice made sure that the used every means to contact the driver...though we had only a partial number plate... Easy online application

I applied online, my husband normally does all this stuff, but he was in hospital so I had to sort it. I was a bit nervous but it was easy, don't know why I haven't done it before. Excellent. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2023
