Pretty darn good

I like the easy nature of the website, the 'online'ness' of it all and how I can do a webchat instead of calling on the phone - that way, no call queues! Documents are easy to download, and payment is easy. My only gripe was when I needed to call on the phone once, it wasn't quite as slick - but I went with them because I wanted the web chat feature, so not really surprising I guess... They are also relatively competitive, but like other insurance companies, if you don't ask, you don't get - so be sure to webchat at your renewal to see if they have given you the best deal as the likelihood is - they haven't! I like this insurance company, and I would recommend them to friends and family. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2021

I have been with one call for my Car Insurance for a few year i found the price every time very good and they always give a great service every time when ever i phone them the best thing is you are never tied down with them as i paid on a monthly basis i can cancel at anytime which is good but the price as always been good value for money and service always good i am very happy to stay where i am Reviewed on: 2nd October 2021

No hassle insurance
