Having looked for other car insurance One call has come out as one of the cheapest and the best value for money. I have recommend to other people to get a quote for there insurance. Reviewed on: 31st August 2023

Rude disregard for my custom.

I had my vans, cars & motorcycles insured through One Call. When I sold a van & tried to cancel the policy online, I accidentally cancelled a motorcycle policy that had only been inforce five weeks! I was on the wrong part of the portal. I telephoned to rectify this error & was met with rude, unhelpful staff, twice. When I came off the phone, tha email said that I had not completed the cancellation process & so I was still insured... Minutes later the person I had spoken to cancelled the policy. £100- for five weeks & no help, just rudeness. I consider this company to be responsible for the theft of my policy / or the £100- taken for that policy. Reviewed on: 31st August 2023

Affordable with lots of options for cover

One call - but lasting forever

Anything but One call, ridiculously long wait and rubbish service, culminating in a quote twice as expensive as anywhere else and an ultimatum that unless I purchase it - they will charge me £56 for leaving. top class cover

I have been with one call ins for3 years.during that time ive never had a reason for any complaints.The process of getting cover is simple and easy.During my ins cover its been a very competitive price so have not had the hastle of searching for other quotes.On the few occasions ive phoned ive found the staff very helpful and polite.I you like to thank the company for wonderful service in the 3 years ive been with them Reviewed on: 31st August 2023

Simple and economic

I have taken out OneCall's car insurance for a number of consecutive now because, despite checking on comparison websites, their renewal offers have been consistently fair and simple to take up. The inclusion of breakdown cover seals the deal for me. Reviewed on: 31st August 2023
