Just One Call

After an accident on my way home from work, I called One Call and that is literally all it took - I was provided with a courtesy car delivered to my work place on the same day, my vehicle was collected from my home and taken for repair and One Call took care of all of the legal issues with the other insurance companies. I was given regular progress updates and my car was fixed and returned within 7 days. Not something I would like to repeat often, but One Call took all of the pain and hassle out of the problem. Top Rate Insurer

I have been with ‘One Call’ for 15+ years. Each year I compare their quote for ‘like for like’ comparisons- I have no need to switch because the deal I am offered matches or beats all others. Communication is great and customer service cannot be faulted. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2021
