Great insurance company

Fast reliable and ...well ..perfect!

Can not fault in any way . Not to sound like a fake review, this ain't. Every issue or problem I've had has been sorted fast , couple issues own fault they helped me sort and they not out to Rob you but to try save you money too . Really can't fault fault them ( myself) and I'm blunt , overall I'd say 9.9/10 ok almost perfect but then what is Reviewed on: 2nd October 2021

Great communications and online customer portal

I’ve been with One Call for many years now for my car insurance and the team I’ve dealt with have always been so welcoming and helpful. When I’ve called to query a quote I’ve received with another company they have happily matched it, which shows they are customer orientated and not money driven which is just so refreshing to be met with. Consistent and fair

Seamless

I find their rates to be reasonable and their communications clear and straightforward. I’ve been fortunate enough not to need to call upon their accident or breakdown services so cannot comment on those. However overall their customer service has been excellent. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2021

Rolling policy

So Easy To Deal With

Everything about dealing with One Call Insurance is easy from start to finish. When you call them on the phone you feel like they care and that your phone call is the most important thing to them. If you use the online portal it is just as easy to use and understand. I would recommend One Call to anyone. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2021
