Cheap, cheerful and helpful

Upon renewing my insurance I searched the Web and found many cheaper deals than one call insurance who I had currently been with so I rang them expecting them to not be able to drop price as from previous experience companies tend not to match online costs however one call didn't just match it, they lowered it and add a whole load of extra perks onto my insurance, honestly couldn't of been more helpful if they tried!!!! You always wonder whether an insurance company is as good as their promises although you hope you don’t need them. Having been in an accident, that wasn’t my fault, they were amazing from start to finish. I've been with one call insurance for about 5years now an I've experienced 1 problem through myself doing. As I tried to change my address on line it wouldn't let me an something went wrong whilst trying to do it. So I had to call them but i forgot too. So I received a letter cancellation of insurance just over a week an half later. So I called the insurance company to resolve the problem. An was sorted within minutes. I've always had a high standard of communication an customer service from one call. I'm very more than happy with my insurance quotes, any problems I have an just one call insurance its self.
