Customer Service

I have found customer service to be very friendly and efficient whenever I’ve called and they always do what is promised. I’ve been with One Call approximately 12 years now (I actually work for another Insurance Company myself) and they do recognise loyalty which is a rare thing. My cover was automatically upgraded to a Platinum Policy where discounted add-ons are available plus much more. Highly recommend One Call Insurance. Reviewed on: 1st October 2021
