The only insurance company I’ve stayed with after renewal, I have always switched, but I’ve actually been with theses guys almost 10 years, even after an accident (not my fault) my premium never went up, extremely helpful and by far the best I’ve ever had Reviewed on: 1st October 2021

Not given notice about automatic enrolment onto the Platinum plan?

I only gave eight stars as I'm pretty sure I wasn't notified beforehand about being automatically enrolled onto the Platinum plan. It was only after I rang to amend my plan was I informed, and then I received a letter in the post about it. Reviewed on: 1st October 2021
